Hmm, what happened at Texas? Oh that’s right, NOTHING.

There was some good racing in terms of Greg Biffle snatching the win away from Jimmie Johnson, but other than that it was snoozeville.

I have to say that it’s really cool to see all of the drivers kids & babies on pit road. There are so many now it’s hard to keep track. That’s one of the things I really like about NASCAR, how the driver’s family can be there before, during and after the event. For some reason it feels like that makes winning mean more because you can share with the people that support you the most.

Can we talk about Clint Bowyer and his commercials? Holy crap, we’re only 7 races in and I am SO tired of his ads 5 Hour Energy, Sprint and NASCAR RaceView (or TrackPass?? I don’t know!). While I am glad people have realized what a great character Clint is, I’m so over seeing the same ads over and over and over. Don’t get me wrong, I like Clint, he’s funny and has a great personality but can we please reduce the amount of time these ads are shown so I don’t start to hate him? Sheesh!

🙂
