I think pretty much everyone in agreement that the finish to the NASCAR Sprint Cup Series’ Finger Lakes 355 at Watkins Glen International was crazy, right? I scrolled through my Twitter feed and all it showed were a series of tweets that said “Wow.”

It was cool, I mean it’s a rare occurrence these days when you get to see guys tearing it up (literally), swapping the lead so much that you have no idea who’s going to end up winning. I found that thoroughly enjoyable. But I’m going to stop there and not be one of those annoying people that starts talking about what NASCAR “needs” to do in order to make every race just like that, because you know what?? NASCAR can’t do anything to make every race just like that. Can we just enjoy it for what it was and be open to whatever happens next? Thank you.
