Upon hearing the news of Dario Franchitti & Ashley Judd’s statement that they’re getting a divorce, this was my reaction:
And then I was desperately sad and started wondering what the hell was going on with this world that we live in and why couldn’t they just stay together for the kids, they don’t have kids but why couldn’t they just stay together for me? Ok, ok, I didn’t get that deep about it but I was still sad because I liked them as a couple.
“We have mutually decided to end our marriage. We’ll always be family and continue to cherish our relationship based on the special love, integrity, and respect we have always enjoyed,” Judd, 44, and Franchitti, 39, tell PEOPLE exclusively in a statement on Tuesday.
