Jimmie and Chandra Johnson welcomed their second daughter, whose name has yet to be selected, early this morning.
The announcement:
Chandra and Jimmie Johnson are pleased to announce the birth of their daughter. She was born Friday, Sept 6 at 2:02am, weighing 5 lbs, 10 oz and was 19in long at birth. Both mother and baby are doing well. Big sister Genevieve Marie, 3, is said to be very proud of her new baby sister.
Jimmie will miss today’s events in Richmond (Regan Smith will serve as interim driver) but will return for tomorrow night’s Sprint Cup Series race. Congratulations to the Johnson family!
UPDATE: They’ve named her Lydia Norriss! 🙂
